Current key initiatives

We lead/coordinate cultural transformation projects including cultural values assessments (cvas) in partnership with external experts in the field, and design and deliver customized values-based leadership (vbl) programs including continuing education programs for organizational and community leaders.

Cultural and Organizational Transformation Projects:

We view culture as the next step in the evolution of higher performance organizations and communities; those that strive to be the best not only for themselves, but also for the world. Remaining prosperous and sustainable over the long-term during these turbulent times and in a global context, demands leadership based on shared values aligned with decisions and actions.

As Richard Barrett of the Barrett Values Centre has observed, culture is "the way we do things around here" and, "cultural transformation begins with the personal transformation of the leaders. Organisations don’t transform. People do." Learn more about organizational culture, why it's so important, and how leaders can improve it.

Values and culture seem intangible but there are methods to make them tangible or 'real' and therefor something that can be measured and improved. The internationally known Cultural Values Assessment (CVA) is one of the tools we use to access the current and desired culture of an organization or community as viewed by it's employees, management and other stakeholders. In addition, the leadership styles of the current leaders can be measured using Leadership Values Assessments (LVA).
