The is a self-directed program that guides you in defining your personal values, evaluating how well you are living them on a daily basis, and supports you to create a plan of action; your LifeManual to living a more meaningful and fulfilled life in alignment with what is most important to you. Individual Leadership Development and Professional Coaching Services:

In conjunction with our partners, we are developing professional coaching services that will intergrate with our other programs and tools such as the Individual Values Assessment (IVA), and the Leadership Values Assessment (LVA). 

Organizational Leadership Development:

We offer expertise in developing a cultural values assessment approach that can be targeted to your specific needs, in conjunction with support offered through professional coaching to enable you to learn how to enhance the cultural transformation process for your organization.

Educational support to Graduate Students:

We support the work of students on their major projects, theses and dissertations in the domains of values, leadership education, values-based leadership (VBL) and related topics.
