Sue McKee

Sue McKee, BSc, MBA, CPCC, MNLP, MTLT, MCHt, Senior Consultant with Integra Leadership and partner with the Institute, is a strategic change catalyst committed to building sustainable communities and resilient cultures that thrive in the uncertainty of our rapidly changing world.  Holding sustainable living and sustainable business as priority, Sue draws on expertise in neuro-linguistic programming, values-driven organizations, relationship systems, human consciousness models, and change management to create transformation in leaders, organizations and communities. Her results-based work leads to people systems that excel in collaboration, communication, and commitment to their noble cause.

Sue is a Board Certified Master NLP Coach, Master Hypnotherapist, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She is also an experienced trainer and facilitator, as a trained specialist in the Cultural Transformation Tools®, the Team Diagnostic® Program, and the Transition Town Movement. Additionally, Sue applies a systems approach to every challenge, and helps guide leaders and groups through to the next stage of their personal and professional growth.

Sue spent 14 years in cross-functional roles within Unilever Canada, drawing on her Bachelor of Science Degree in Honours Applied Chemistry and her MBA. Sue’s work experience in marketing, sales, internal audit and innovation and her own personal resilience journey provides her with a well-rounded experience base from which to coach and lead organizations and communities toward a more sustainable and resilient future.
