The Institute for Values-Based Leadership at Royal Roads University is dedicated to applied research, education, dialogue, and practice in values-based leadership (VBL). We endeavour to inspire and enable leaders and their people to accomplish their highest values in action.

Committed to assisting leaders and their organizations, communities and nations to be the very best they can be for prosperity, people, and the planet, the Institute was established in 2008 and continues to build on its entrepreneurial roots to provide ground-breaking and distinctive programs, resources and services that foster values-based decisions and actions.

We work with experienced and emerging leaders, entrepreneurs and scholars to advance the practice of VBL and the creation of knowledge through our four key focus areas of a) applied research and publications, b) education c) forums for dialogue and learning, and d) services to organizations.
